Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. The estimated total delivery time is 4–8 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Yes. UUU offers free shipping to the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Armed Forces locations. Please note that we do not accept PO Box addresses.

Yes. You can request a return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is new, unused, and has all original tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are subject to return shipping costs, while no restocking fee will be charged.

If your product has a quality defect when delivered, please contact UUU as soon as possible. Faulty products returned within 30 days will be inspected, and eligible defective items may be replaced. UUU will cover the return shipping cost for confirmed product quality issues.

We’ll review your request and provide the correct return address within 24 business hours. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping the product back, as UUU uses multiple U.S. warehouses and the correct return address may vary by product and location.
